I’m truly grateful to be part of this journey.

To everyone who’s supported me over the years, thank you. Every conversation, every challenge, and every opportunity has helped shape who we are today.

Coming from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and getting the chance to build this journey in Bangkok means a lot to me. I just hope I’ve made everyone who’s believed in me proud.

Seeing Lennon’s recognised among Asia’s best is an incredible moment, but this really belongs to the whole team. I’m lucky to work with such passionate people every single day.

A big shoutout to my Bar Manager @jameskosilkamja . Thanks for always stepping up, taking ownership, and keeping things running when I’m tied up with everything else. It’s made a huge difference, and I really appreciate everything you’ve done this past year. Proud to have you on this journey with me.

And to everyone who’s visited the bar, supported us, or simply cheered us on—thank you. We’ll keep learning, keep creating, and keep doing our best to make every visit a memorable one.

See you at the bar.

✨ Feels like home, every time at Rosewood! ✨

Back at Rosewood Bangkok @rosewoodbangkok last month, and the welcome was as comforting as ever.

🥢 First stop: Nanbei, the Chinese restaurant—dim sum bites, crispy Peking duck, pure indulgence.
🎶 Then it was on to Bar Lennon’s, where 6,000 vinyl records lined the shelves. Pick, play, drink and let the night spin away with yummy cocktails.

💆‍♀️ The spa? Unmissable. A sanctuary to relax, recharge, and just be.

🍜 Breakfast at Rosewood is a ritual. I may not go big every morning, but here the Thai breakfast is non‑negotiable: crab omelette, kuai tiew ie rice noodles. U can opt for healthy options like açaí bowl too

A heartfelt thanks to the Rosewood team @s.watermann @rosedomdom for taking such wonderful care of us—always making it feel like coming home.

We enjoyed a superb lunch @nanbei.bkk the Chinese fine dining restaurant at the gorgeous @rosewoodbangkok hotel. Nan Bei means North & South. The restaurant under China born chef Matthew Geng offers dishes from throughout China creating them beautifully and deliciously with finesse and flavor. The glorious Peking Duck prepared by Chef Max Li was particularly notable but by no means the only star of this stellar repast. The only thing that would have made this meal better would have been the ability to approach it with an unfettered appetite as we were to have a meal that evening that we had all been looking forward to very, very much. Next time, I will give this meal the full attention that it deserves and enjoy it on a day it is the main meal.

I stayed not once, but twice on this incredible trip to Bangkok at the beautiful and luxurious @rosewoodbangkok - breaking up the visits to travel to Chiang Mai and Kula Lumpur. While traveling, I left the bulk of my baggage, enabling me to travel light with a small carryon.

The hotel is perfectly situated amidst the most architecturally interesting section of modern Bangkok with a direct connection to the quite useful skyway transit system.

There is no shortage of great dining options nearby, but the hotel’s options are no after thought. Breakfast and lunch were superb, while their outstanding Chinese restaurant @nanbei.bkk will get its own well deserved post.
