A room full of inspiring, supportive women (and men!) will always be my vibe. 💕

A huge thank you to @clairesads and @wildeandglorious for such a wonderful evening at the @thewomenoftheoutdoors Gala Dinner.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the incredible guest speakers, @sarahsrealjob @megan_hine and one of my favourite people and lovely friend, @marinagibsonfishing . Hearing their stories, experiences and perspectives was truly inspiring.

The food was delightful, but my table of lovely ladies was even more so! 🥂✨

It was also so lovely to see and catch up with lots of friends I’ve met over the years out in the field, as well as meeting so many other wonderful women who share the same passion for the outdoors.

I left feeling inspired, motivated, grateful and incredibly proud to be part of such an amazing community of people who champion, encourage and support one another.

Here’s to more women stepping outside, taking up space, supporting each other and showing just how powerful we can be when we do it together. 💚

And finally, a huge thank you to @haz_bry for being my last-minute plus one and making the evening even more special! 🥰

💥 IAN COLEY LADIES CUP 2026 💥
💥
What a fabulous day out shooting with the girls, such a brilliant squad and so many faces old and new to connect with.
💥
My only goal going into this was to beat my score from last year of 58/100
💥
To come away with a score of 82/100 and take third place in C class was just incredible.
💥
What a difference a year can make if you put in the practice, be consistent with lessons and keep pushing on. I am incredibly proud of myself 💖

Today is world suicide prevention day. The stats are all over social media and they are awful, for everyone, even worse for men.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to feel a part of something, to be around likeminded people who share a passion, who hold each other accountable, who worry if you don’t show, who care if you’re clearly not quite right.

My life is clean, easy and straightforward compared to others out there. But like anyone it’s not always an easy day. I appreciate those who look out for me when I need it, and thanks to them I know I’m always going to be ok. I am lucky enough to be a part of something bigger than me.

I’m so proud that we created a culture in my community where, ultimately, we care and constantly look out for others around us ❤️

Be a part of something. Combat sport brings people together in a way that I have not experienced in any other way of life, there is a bond between the guys that is almost impossible to replicate, however it can be anything from Hyrox to an Art class. Find your thing, find others to share it with, talk and share with those others.

Samaritans:
116 123 (freephone)
samaritans.org
For anyone who needs to talk. Open all the time, any time of day, 365 days a year.

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK:
0800 587 0800
spuk.org.uk
For anyone struggling with suicidal feelings. Open 6pm to midnight every day.
