Another milestone reached at our INTERSPORT fitout. 👊🏽

The floor is down, the lights are on, the shopfront and glass are in, signage is going up, and the A/C and fire services are into fit-off.

Everything is coming together and we’re getting closer to handover. Stay tuned for the finished result.

Sunshine Coast unit renovation — what really happens when your builder and interior designer work together from day one?

You get a renovation that flows seamlessly, feels cohesive, and delivers a far more considered final result.

In this Caloundra unit renovation, Callum from Reynolds Built collaborated closely with Hilary from Box Clever Interiors to bring our client’s vision to life.

Callum brings full project management, trade coordination, construction expertise and detailed execution on site.

Hilary brings professional interior design expertise, 3D concepts and highly detailed plans, and guidance with every single selection — tiles, tapware, finishes and colours — giving our clients clarity and confidence in every decision.

On larger-scale renovations, especially units, having an experienced interior designer involved is not just helpful — it is invaluable.

Clear plans mean smoother construction.
Strong design direction removes overwhelm.
And the end result feels intentional from start to finish.

This is why we love collaborating — our roles complement each other, and our clients feel the difference.

If you’re planning a unit renovation on the Sunshine Coast, whether it’s a single-level complex or a 10th-floor high-rise, we specialise in making it work.

We’re loving this recent install at @clearskincareclinics
This one is at Montague Markets in West End, Queensland.

The flooring laid is Opus Niveus in a stunning herringbone pattern by the talented @s2sfloors team.

Niveus is supplied in an extra-wide 228mm wood plank format, perfect for large offices or retail stores. A gentle light wood, it has a subtle lime effect, creating a distinctive grain defined by its cool highlights.
