Concepts>Moves

It’s a difference in giving a player 1,000 moves to choose from and a significantly shorter list of concepts to be used for application. Situational scenarios don’t require a particular move (which inversely causes more thinking about the move than performing an action) but more so an understanding of what needs to occur. No set move is a sole cure for it but rather understanding what concept can help you better prepares you for it.

📹 In the video, it may look like all the shots are going in, but what you don’t see is the dedication behind the scenes. We call this the “unseen hours.”

Our athletes are pushing their limits, perfecting their skills, and working on their craft day in and day out. It’s all about the grind, the sweat, and the determination that leads to success. Every missed shot is a lesson, every drop of sweat is progress.

Keep believing in the process! 💪🏀 #UnseenHours #HardWorkPaysOff #AthleteMindset #elatfam🏀 #committoyourgoals
