“Let go of the chains of imposter syndrome!”   Sandy is a Music Lawyer, at Sound Advice LLP, a music law firm that represents artists and creative talent across all genres of music. Sandy’s passion for music, advocacy, and representing the best interests of artists and creatives continues to be the core driving force of her work today.   At the start of the year, Sandy worked as a Legal Consultant for the BRIT Awards 2023 and is now completing a training contract at her firm.   Prior to this, she worked as a Junior Lawyer at BPI where she handled the legal and commercial matters for the BRIT Awards, Mercury Prize, the Official Charts, the Great Escape Festival and National Album Day performers such as Adele, Dave, Little Simz, Kojey Radical, Stormzy, Ed Sheeran and Lizzo. Her passion expands beyond music law, as she also started to leverage her entertainment and fashion industry relationships to assist artists with brand strategy and partnerships – her first artist brand collaboration being with the renowned fashion brand, Daily Paper. Sandy looks to continue assisting artists as a brand consultant and A&R.     She advocates for diversity and representation within the wider music industry and recently sat as an internal member of BPI’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Board to help tackle and come up with practical solutions for such issues. PART II of KNUCKLES, the nostalgic visual inspired by @knucks_music project Alpha Place just dropped on @youtube. Reflecting on his time away in Nigeria, Knucks returns home where he’s able to reunite with his two friends - a personal story also featured in the track, Three Musketeers. It comes as no surprise the success seen since the release of the project, as we witness the trajectory of Knucks establishing himself as a huge talent across the world.
