After 12 years of raving, I finally got to cross @nocturnalwland off of my bucket list! 🤩🦉 Glen Helen was HOT and there wasn't much shade. 🥵 This was also my first time being at an EDM festival from open to close due to the limited shuttle schedule. While the grounds weren't that big, it was much more exhausting than I expected staying there for 9 hours/day. 💀

Nevertheless, day 1 had some fun sets! My fave was @deorro's. 🔥 Thanks for doing this with me @pt_nam3less!! 🥹 💖 #nocturnalwonderland #musicfestival #rave #insomniacevents #glenhelenregionalpark 9.19.26

We bought matching shirts from @iedmofficial!

We started the day by exploring the different stages. The first stage we walked through was Rave Cave! It featured underground and old-school EDM artists.

Next, we checked out the Beatbox Boombox stage. @insomniacevents seems to feature this art car stage at all of their festivals!

This was the Mystic Wild main stage. It was smaller than I expected, but at least the viewing area was wide open! I never felt too squished here

This was the Aurora Plains stage. It featured house and techno artists. I like the stage structure!

The fifth and final stage that we explored was Dawn Mountain. And it was literally on top of TWO hills. 💀 @insomniacevents seems to be making the bass stage at their festivals the same size as the main stage now, since this was also the case at @edc_lasvegas this year.

The first artist we watched was @sabai! His set was more diverse than I expected. I enjoyed it!

This totem 😂

The second set we watched was @jstjr. This was our first time seeing him after he pivoted to hard techno! I loved the sound, but it got a bit repetitive after a while. It would've been cool if he mixed in some of his old moombahton music!

Atmosphere performers!

We checked out the Rave Cave at night. Love the blacklight colors! And the fact that they had tiered seating with a view of the stage 🙌

This person dressed up as the Momo creepypasta lol

There's no other way to describe @deorro 's sets other than LIT. 🔥 I especially love that he hasn't shied away from playing big room after it declined in popularity! He instead started mixing it with Latin m
