Hey Georgie, momma did it!! ✨
After so much hard work, long days, late nights, countless hours, and more learning than I ever could have imagined, I can finally say that I’m a cosmetology school graduate.
This journey has been so much more than learning how to do hair. It has challenged me, pushed me outside of my comfort zone, given me confidence, and reminded me over and over again that I am capable of doing hard things.
To my husband— thank you for believing in me through every long school day, every stressful moment, and every time I questioned myself. Thank you for supporting this dream and for being my biggest cheerleader. I truly couldn’t have done this without you. 🤍
To my beautiful Georgia Rose— you are one of the biggest reasons I kept going. I hope one day you look back and know that Mommy chased her dreams and worked hard to build a life she was proud of. I hope I can always be an example to you that you can do anything you set your mind to. I love you more than words could ever explain.
To my parents and in-laws— thank you for loving me, encouraging me, helping me, and believing in me every step of the way. Your support has meant more to me than you know, and I’m so grateful to have such an amazing family behind me.
To my friends— thank you for listening to me talk about school nonstop, cheering me on, celebrating my little wins, and reminding me to keep going when things felt hard. I’m so thankful for every one of you.
To my clients— thank you for trusting me with your hair and giving me the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain confidence behind the chair. Every appointment, every transformation, and every piece of feedback has helped shape me into the stylist I am becoming. I’m so grateful you trusted me with your hair during this chapter.
And to my educators— thank you for your patience, knowledge, encouragement, constructive criticism, and for pushing me to become better than I was yesterday. You have played such an important role in my journey, and I’ll carry the things you taught me throughout my career.
This chapter may be closing, but I know this is only the beginning. ✨

I’ve been keeping a secret…

I’m SO excited to officially announce that after graduating from Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, I’ll be continuing my journey as a hairstylist at The Refinery Hair Co. in Downtown Covington!

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and feel so blessed to begin my career surrounded by such an amazing group of women. Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way—it truly means the world.

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to welcome each of you into my chair. Here’s to new beginnings! 🤍
