absolute all-over chills with this one y’all. Woah. Last June I was in the process of letting go of all the expectations I had for my old studio when the universe cut our time a lot shorter than I ever expected and then my small village worked really fucking hard to open the new store. And it’s incredible. It’s beautiful and spacious and so much more than I ever asked the universe to provide. It’s more than a place of Buisness, Blithe is an actual safe haven where people come when they are hurting, confused or in need. I can’t explain how gratifying it is to offer my knowledge and my crystals and to watch your lives change.

The lesson here, when things “fall apart” or we unexpectedly lose something or someone.. ITS OKAY. and not the morbid, we-all-die-alone kind of OKAY, it’s more like… it’s more than okay because what is about to replace that thing you’re gripping ~ IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS ✨

So fucking grateful to be loved by a man who supports every dream I have and pushes me to be better in so many ways. I love you and owe you so much, @adamfacenda 💕

AND I’m really proud of myself. Because since last June I have been consistent with therapy, I’ve learned to be a lot more gentle with myself and the people I love. I learned that the universe appreciates sacrifice & rewards tenacity.

SO, thank YOU for being part of my journey. If you actually read this whole thing, drop a ♥️

This week Bella and I spent an afternoon together having all the deep conversations dealing with the growing pains of navigating life as a preteen and an 11 year old girl.

She is growing up so fast that making intentional time to have these conversations is so necessary. She had a lot inside that needed to be processed and I was honored to help her navigate and lay out a plan of how to deal with all the things.

Bonus, this time was spent getting her a new hair cut to fit her new big personality helping her to feel more confident and comfortable in her skin. Followed by treats from our favorite local coffee shop @bizarrecoffeecompany.

Shout outs & Thank yous to @jessicaatbloom & @bizarrecoffeecompany @sabrinakaylor for making this afternoon even more special!

Tap In, Tune In

Been seeing this beautiful creature all around the last few weeks now - I feel you! 🦅

Excited to see it when it’s all complete!

What spirit animal is with you right now?

Eagle’s message I’m receiving is

“Your success is living in accordance with your values, not getting to the top of the mountain.”

They bring a sense of

🙌🏻Courage

♦️ Higher Purpose

🍃Desire To Grow & Explore

Eagle are great at spotting opportunities from up high and hunting them down with impeccable accuracy.

YES that’s what I’m filling my space with and maybe this message resonates for you too. ♥️

Aren’t we all hard-wired to express ourselves and THROUGH art you’re sharing new ideas and fuel your own creativity.

If this speaks to you, book a session to receive your own gifted experience. 🙏

What Is Your Soul Color?

Love to hear what yours and your story!

Soul color is defined as a color that strongly resonates with our soul.

Each soul on this planet has a color associated or linked with it.

🌊 Blue is the color that speaks to my soul as it’s the ocean within me that helps guide me to what I may be choosing not to see, feel or deal with it.

Excited to dive even deeper as you bring your soul color into Honor Your Blue Gathering coming up in June! 💛

JOIN IN right here for soul community and expanding our healing process especially through these times. Let’s support each other wherever you are. ♥️

Love getting to pop in and see my brother and sister in law rocking their coffee shop!

They have the hottest and best coffee shop in Canton, GA! If you’re local make time to go. It is a MUST! Phenomenal drinks and food.

If you’re not local add this location in your pit stops while traveling. You will NOT be disappointed.

Head out to @bizarrecoffeecompany and have your #daymade ☀️ by @sirkaylor & @sabrinakaylor 💛
