Spent the weekend in Montréal, the best city in Canada I don’t live in, both to hit my usual haunts (Art! Plants! Delicious food!) and to take in @progstorm_festival. That was an unreasonable number of bands I love in one place, and I really appreciate how even acts lower on the bill got decently long sets. I sense a yearly pilgrimage if the lineup keeps being that incredible 🤘🏻🤘🏻

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegan food restaurants and options in Toronto! There are some great spots in Montreal as well, but definitely not as much, especially when it comes to non-vegan restaurants having options.

If you’re looking for vegan food in Toronto and/or Montreal, these are some must tries! 😋

Montréal foodie vibes! So many great options but here are 3 that stood out on my recent trip!

@allomoncocooff has amazing brunch with heavy platters that’ll keep you FULL! (And great lattes too!)

@sabrosamtl offers great Mexican/Latin fusion with 10/10 spicy margs and ceviche!

@sunnysdinette is perfect for brunch with SUPER fluffy pancakes and crisp Aperol spritzes!

Check em out on your next trip! #foodie #montrealeats #montreal #travelfoodie #montrealrestaurant

📍 Montreal.

One of my favourite ways to learn about myself is by going to new places.

But I also enjoy returning to the same place and seeing how I have changed over time. 🌀

Walking a spiral staircase to travel more inwards towards acceptance and love for who I am and how I show up for me. To go deeper.

I couldn’t imagine travel without that learning experience. 🤍

To new experiences in cities we love. 🥂
