The other day someone said to me,

"Aimee, you're doing so well."

And I felt so grateful... but it also made me realise how little we see of each other's lives online.

From the outside, people might see a growing business, amazing clients, a wonderful community, a cosy home, a loving fiancé, my beautiful dog...and think everything feels easy.

What they don't see is this...

The physical & emotional exhaustion after pouring so much love and energy into my clients (not all the time but sometimes - and I can mask this well!)

The guilt when I need to rest instead of replying to messages.

The pressure I put on myself to keep creating, keep growing, keep showing up.

The part of me that wants to give 100% to my dreadlock clients, my water project, my relationship, my dog, my family, my friends... and still somehow have something left for myself 🫣😌

I'm a recovering perfectionist.

And perfectionism is exhausting because it rarely leaves room for properrrr rest.

Lately I've realised that if I want to keep doing the work I love for many years to come, I have to build my businesses in a way that's sustainable - not just successful.

That means honouring my body.

Letting myself rest without guilt.

Accepting that messages might take a little longer to reply to.

Trusting that I don't have to do everything, all at once.

Sometimes healing isn't fixing the feeling...

Sometimes it's allowing yourself to feeeeeel it 💓

So here's a little piece of my real life behind the camera.

Not because I'm looking for sympathy, but because I want this space to be honest.

If you've been carrying a lot lately, I hope this reminds you that you're allowed to slow down too 🫂🤍

RETURN TO THE ROOTS 🪾🌱

Feeling scattered or overwhelmed lately?
This evening is an invitation to slow down… and reconnect with the foundations of LIFE.

Join us for an intimate Root Chakra gathering at Aura Alchemy in Shaftesbury, exploring grounding, connection and nourishment through simple yet powerful practices.

We’ll begin by opening the space and exploring the Root Chakra - our energetic centre of stability, safety and belonging.

From there we’ll move into a Living Water Ritual, connecting with the element that sustains all life.

Through a gentle guided meditation we’ll tune into the body, imagining our roots growing deep into the earth beneath us.

As the energy builds, the space will come alive with live drumming and a tribal playlist, inviting intuitive movement - a chance to shake off the week and reconnect with your body.

To close the evening we’ll gather back in circle to share simple, nourishing food:
freshly baked bread from a small local bakery and delicious homemade dips prepared by a local chef, celebrating the beauty of community and the basics that truly ground us and connects us 🫂

This will be a small and intimate gathering to keep the experience cosy and personal.

Inbodied Business Live was this Sunday just gone and it was INCREDIBLE

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing it was, 50 women together in a room, being vulnerable, open, authentic, celebrating and cheering each other on. There was a lot of laughter, tears, incredible guest speakers so an amazing shout out to @mollyavafit and @Emma.the.alchemist. On top of the best photographer @dani.bowen.photography and videographer @Valentina.catenacci AND cannot forget to mention the most incredible catering duo from @AKO_dining plus all of my friends, helpers, that were there to support

Launching an event with less than 4 weeks to the date, was INSANE

was BY FAR the most STRESSFUL few weeks I have had in my business

But I’ve learnt so so much, and we don’t grow by staying still, happy chilling in our comfort zone

From the flowers not arriving on time & having to recruit my best friend to sit at my house Saturday morning for them to arrive, to the ‘Inbodyamy’ light up sign, which ended up just being unlit ‘in body’ 🤣🤣

BUT we made it & the women came are already launching new programs, landing new 1:1 clients, using their incredible VIP shoots by Dani, sharing and showing up on their platforms vulnerability and being the first to go in their own sharing circle!

It has been AMAZING!

My goal has always been about impact, wanting to create impact to create change, to allow us to live the lives we want, to be able to show up authentically, so I can also be surrounded by wild, weird, fun, finically free people!

This event proved just that, that I am ready to throw everything out of the window, no more crazy £33k months, no more wild launches and wild run up periods. I have spent the last year grinding in business, LOVING every single minute of it, but working really hard. I have learnt a lot, changed a lot, grow a lot, pushed my self, again and again to finally find the real core of what it is I want to put out into the world and so here it is…

Introducing THE WITHIN WORLD!
