Yesterday was the deep breath we all needed 🌿 We spent the afternoon at the beautiful @friendship_botanic_gardens surrounded by golden fall foliage, slowing down, moving our bodies, connecting with one another, and making space to simply be. ✨ We started with journaling and connection circles, flowed through an all-levels yoga class with Maureen @duffydaugavietis, and closed our time together with a guided yoga nidra meditation and sound bath for deep rest and a full unwind. A very special thank you to every local business who gifted our community with thoughtful goodies and experiences: @likehoneyholisticwellness_spa @thebigspoon.shoppe @givingtree_chiropractic @resilient_wellness_therapy @sacreddunes @leankitchenco.nwi @thearttable_ @blankslate_massage @graceandstella @silverbiotics @leisureproject.co And to every girlie who spent her Sunday with us, thank you for choosing to carve out a little time for yourself, slow down, and simply be with us for a while. Already can’t wait for the next one!! 🥹🫶🏼 #sisterhoodsocial #northwestindiana #yoga #womenscommunity #fall

What happens when a personal search for relief completely changes the direction of your life? In this month’s edition of The Column, “The Journey Behind Sacred Dunes,” TC founder Mandy sits down with Stephanie Gordon, owner of @sacreddunes to talk about the unexpected experience with acupuncture that changed her career, the reality of building a business over the last 12 years, and what entrepreneurship has taught her along the way. Stephanie also shares why entrepreneurs need to take their own stress and wellbeing seriously, the inspiration behind Sacred Dunes Community Outreach, and what meaningful community looks like to her as a local business owner. “Entrepreneurship takes serious faith, a lot of perseverance, and, if I'm being honest, probably a little bit of insanity too!” Read Stephanie’s full story through the link in our bio. 🖤

The music fades, the booth comes down, and the dust settles… but the love we take home lasts forever. 💛 Breaking down after Electric Forest is never easy after a weekend full of hard work, little sleep, beautiful people, connections, and magic. So we turn it into a breakdown party… blast some Grateful Dead, dance our hearts out, and soak in the gratitude. Until next year, Forest. 🌲✨ #ElectricForest #FestivalFamily #GratefulHeart #gratefuldead #LoveForLonna
