Have you ever heard the saying, “You become like the five people you spend the most time with”?
Well, it’s not just a saying. There’s real neuroscience behind why the people around us influence who we become.

Our brains are constantly learning from the people around us. Through social learning, emotional contagion, neuroplasticity, and neural mirroring, we unconsciously pick up patterns, behaviors, emotional responses, and ways of seeing the world.

So choose your circle intentionally.

Are they loving? Kind? Open? Grounded? Do they have humility? How do they treat people when there’s nothing to gain? How do they treat the people they love? Their community? What are they contributing beyond themselves?

But also… do they make you laugh? Can you play together? Does your inner child feel safe enough to come out and be completely weird, ridiculous, loud, and free? 😂

Because here are my sisters and me, absolutely whimsy maxing out at the beach while one of them runs around dressed as a hot dog. 🌭😂🥹

These women have 1000% helped shape the woman I am today, and vice versa. They’ve taught me about love, laughter, resilience, humility, play, and what it means to show up for the people around you.

And I feel like the luckiest human alive because I get to do life with them. 🤍

Pay attention to more than how people treat you. Pay attention to how they move through the world.

It’s bigger than just you🌎

Who you surround yourself with helps shape who you become.

Mother Nature has been my muse, my healer and my greatest motivator. While in her care, I overcame something that I never thought would be resolved. Experiencing chronic anxiety kept me from enjoying my life and I will never allow that to take over me again. Join me while we heal ourselves and as an offering, help heal others

Happy Halloween! 👻🎃🤡 we had the best day exploring @potentialist_workshop and supporting our friends art along with other local artists! Lucy got to go trick or treating twice 🍫🍭🌙 we wrapped up the night telling ghost stories around the campfire and scaring the crap out of the kids 🤣 #samhain #killerclown #upsidedownworld #strangerthings

"I Don't Know You" is finally available to stream on all platforms! It's been 2 years since we released our last album, and we put everything we had into this one. It's very different from our past releases, with a heavier focus on lyricism and vocals, but of course we've retained our usual soundscape that you guys have grown to love! There's a lot to say about this album, but we're just going to let it speak for itself at this point. Thank you so much to @grooviibaby for doing the album art, and for your vocals on "Datura". And thank all of you in advance if you decide to give it a listen 🙂
