Another preseason on the books. Great work by the boys all week, intense focus knowing what the schedule ahead looks like. We also had our best alumni game to date with personalized jersies knitting each player's graduation year. Thank you to all the alumni ave best of luck too ask the player's for the upcoming season!

They say Betty Boop designed this nostalgic 1950’s diner all by herself…

📍Saddle Brook Diner - Saddle Brook, NJ

🍔 What We Ordered:
- Fried Pickles
- Fiesta Empanadas
- Classic burger w/ tots
- Chicken Vodka wrap w/ sweet potato fries

📝 Review:
- Nostalgic 1950’s diner with Betty Boop decor everywhere. The “drive thru” room is definitely more of a vibe. One of our favorites based on the decor and vibes alone. Food and service were also top notch. Highly recommend.

A rainy start to March Madness 2K26, potentially participating in two rec leagues and anticipating Mania sZn calls for munching on a well made juicy burger with sundried tomatoes and melted mozzo. Yes, I'm one to request a combo of fries and onion rings on the side or I'll settle with the sweet potato fries. That Baileys milkshake hit the spot, thank you @saddlebrook_diner for a solo dinner done properlay 🫡

Turns out, I made the right choice staying more on the local side rather than go to some book signing in NY when it felt like cuddle weather 🫣

Keep this going Marcomofo, when it comes to your food critic IG stores 🤓

Who doesn't love a good diner? This has become one of our favorites. Good food, retro feel, and music from the 50s and 60s.

This season looks a little different.

Soaking up time with my baby while she’s home 🤍Maybe this is exactly what I need this season…my kids, peace, and making memories that actually matter.
Less rush.
More presence.

Time with my kids,
peace in my heart,
and memories I’ll carry forever 🤍💕🙏🏻🌲❤️🎄🎅🙌

Saddle Brook Diner
Market Street
Saddle Brook, NJ

Chicken Quality- 3.5/5
This wrap contained slightly above average chicken. Grilled well, plenty of crispy spots, and well seasoned. They were liberal with the chicken.

Dressing - 3/5
A creamy Caesar dressing expertly placed around the outer layer of the wrap so you get dressing in every bite. A little too heavy on the dressing but that could’ve been a 1 time mistake. Just a little too much for my opinion. Otherwise good!

Croutons - 2.5/5
No croutons and that’s ok

Quality of Wrap- 4/5
Excellent wrap job, tight, and no falling apart during consumption. Very well done and nice red & white checkered paper. A seasoned vet executed this wrap job.

Size + Ratio - 3/5
Little small given the price however it comes with a side so I don’t hate it. Honestly the perfect size to not leave you too full. There was much more chicken than lettuce, not necessarily a bad thing but something I noticed!

Come with side? 1

Cut all the way through? 1

OVERALL: 18/27
Saddle Brook Diner is one of many diners scattered around the New Jersey area. With its throwback style it is a great place to eat a Caesar wrap. The food as well as the environment is always great. The Caesar wrap came in average but the bonus points for a side and a clean cut-through are nothing to ignore!will definitely suffice if you’re craving one! Not a bad wrap at all!
