“Your gift of dance isn’t for you! It’s for the people who’s lives you touch with your gift”

~Mommy

Growing up my mom always said this to me and I was reminded of it this weekend! Thank you @chocolateballerinaco (@iamchocolateballerina & @1theboijep ) for allowing me to be apart of another amazing production with such a talented group of brown dancers! I loved going to rehearsals every week and being with the dance family I’ve gained through this process! Mama Swan 🦢 loves y’all down! See yall at Nutcracker! 🎄

A little transparency moment… I’ve been so hard on myself mentally these past couple weeks. And this weekend the love was truly felt from all around! ❤️💐I’m just so blessed and grateful to still be doing what I love and sharing it with the next generation of super stars!

Oh and if you missed out on the show come to Dilworth Park tomorrow and watch us perform the crowd favorites for Arts on Center stage at 6! #artscenterstage #chocolateballerinacompany #blackswan #balletdancer #family #bookedandbusy #mentor #phillyarts #danceislife
