Ok first of all happy belated Scorpio full moon to those who celebrate and this is coming off the heels of the most insane Aries stellium of our entire lifetime so yes, the vibes are intense to say the very least 😅😅

I’ve been allowing this energy to inspire action that feels connected to my values as well as to who I am becoming. I’ve been trying my best to drop the resistance when I feel alignment click in, even if it seems confusing to my thinking mind or doesn’t really “make sense.” I can feel it somewhere beyond that. There’s a knowing. And taking action from that place feels like freedom. I am beginning to trust myself again and repair what I never broke, but that is my responsibility to heal.

Lately, I’ve been dedicating my first waking, conscious minutes to a seated meditation practice and writing nearly every day. It is so profound what emerges from the stillness. I don’t know how to explain it other than it makes me feel very courageous. I worry less about other people and more about my own integrity. When something isn’t clear, I don’t feel afraid of the truth.

Anyway, I believe that we are all simultaneously eternally whole and complete as well well as eternally works in progress. Forever.

Messy seasons of life are often the richest ground for the most beautiful things to grow 🥹🥰🌱 but we can often struggle to see it while we are in it. Praying that if you’re in one with me that you recognize it as an offering to practice courage and compassion for the fullest expression of your most authentic and inspired self to emerge 🫶🫶 love you 😘
