I’ll make another post with more of the action shots and some of the lessons I learned from HYROX, but I wanted this first one to just be about gratitude.

I’m so grateful for my people.

I’m usually really good at just putting my head down, powering through, and figuring things out on my own. But this was one of the first times I could literally feel the support and encouragement from the people around me pushing me forward and keeping me moving.

Hearing my friends and family yelling for me, seeing familiar faces, and knowing how many people were in my corner meant more to me than I can really explain.

To everyone pictured here, thank you for showing up for me. And to everyone who isn’t pictured but has supported me, checked in on me, trained with me, encouraged me, or shown me love throughout this whole fitness and HYROX journey — I hope you know how much I appreciate you too.

Special shoutout to @brock_baumgartner for basically just jumping into training with me and full sending this whole thing. I’m so grateful I got to do this with you.

I feel really humbled to have the friends, family, and support system that I do. I definitely don’t say it enough, but I love and appreciate you guys more than you know. 💜
