3rd half of 2026, my first ever half marathon alone and the only thing i wanted to prove to myself was i could do it, alone. i knew i wanted a sub-2 but thisssss, from 2:05:03. i am on cloud-9 ☁️

Back for my second year coaching @busyretreats , and seeing people grow in just one week never gets old.

Grateful for the opportunity to help people build confidence, challenge themselves and play a small part in their journey.
