Some of us carry guilt from yesterday, while others worry about tomorrow. But the gospel calls us back to today. ✝️

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” - Romans 8:1 (NKJV)

In Christ, we are not defined by our failures but by His finished work. The cross has spoken a better word, and His grace invites us to walk in freedom, not shame.☕️📖

In a world that chases status, Jesus calls us to serve.

True greatness isn’t found in being seen, but in serving others with humility, love, and the heart of Christ. ✝️

MY TYG FAM 🖤 We all came here for fitness… but stayed because it became family. A place where people of all fitness levels come together to support each other, have fun, push limits, and become better every single day. More than just a gym, this is a community built on energy, encouragement, hard work, and good people all chasing the same goal — becoming stronger together. Sorry if missed your tag #TYG #COMMUNITY #FAMILY #peakperformance

Created in His image. ✨

Genesis 1:26-28 reminds us that we were made with purpose, identity, and responsibility. Before anything else, God called humanity blessed, created to reflect Him, walk with Him, and steward what He has given us.

You are not an accident. You carry the image of God. ☕️✝️

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” - John 10:27 (NKJV)

This week, slow down.
In the middle of the noise, the rush, the grind… His voice is still speaking. ✝️

He’s not distant.
He’s not silent.
He’s calling you by name 🤍

The question is, are we listening?

☕ Take a moment today with your coffee and Jesus.
Open your Bible. Sit in His presence. Let the Good Shepherd lead you.

They saw that He was already dead… and yet they pierced His side. 🥺

Even in His final moments, nothing was random.
Every detail fulfilled, every prophecy completed.
The blood and water flowed, a sign that Jesus didn’t just die… He gave everything. ✝️

For you. For me.🫶🏼

He wasn’t overpowered.
He surrendered.

And in that surrender, we find life.

“Everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” - Luke 18:14 📖

Jesus reminds us that God isn’t looking for pride or performance, but humility. When we come before Him with a sincere heart, acknowledging our need for His grace, He lifts us up. 🙌🏼

Start your morning with coffee and a humble heart before Jesus. ☕✝️
