Having the chance to come to Missouri and watch my baby girl step onto the mat at NCAA Regionals as a freshman is something I’ll carry with me forever. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. It didn’t unfold the way she dreamed, and that hurts — but growth lives in moments like this. She learned, she battled, and she never stopped fighting. This is only another part of her story. Now we go home, hearts full, lessons learned, ready to fight and rise again. ❤️ 🙏 #womenswrestling❤️ #fuckcancer🎀

🤼‍♀️🤓✌🏽🔥⚔️📚🏆 ||• N E R D • N A T I O N •|| ⬇️ W R E S T L I N G • G O A T ⬇️ All we can say is wow…like to the 100th power! ⬇️ Last year we awarded @kayla_sj_bjjsibs “Nerd Assassin Athlete of the Year” and it was for a good reason… ⬇️ Kayla is bar-none one of the greatest undisputed female wrestlers (and BJJ practitioners) on the team. ⬇️ Not only that, she maintains an above 4.0 GPA in High school and there is no doubt she will be going to a D1 college in the future…we also think future Olympian is in the books! ⬇️ Now lets delve it why Kayla is such a beast… ⬇️ ✅ Crushed Fargo. One of the TOUGHEST wrestling tournaments in the 🌎🌍🌏where she placed at! ⬇️ ✅ Kayla is a 2X Fargo Placer! ⬇️ ✅ Over 120 competitors in her bracket! ⬇️ ✅ Fought through a series of injuries including fractured ribs, shoulder injury and fatigue! ⬇️ We can go on and on…The point is Kayla is the embodiment of a champion mindset. There is NO QUIT in this girl. Ever. ⬇️ Kayla - we are so beyond proud of you. Both you and little bro SJ are going to make such a big impact in this world and we are honored to be with you each step of the way… ⬇️ Please give Kayla a follow and support her journey on and off the mats! ⬇️ BE LIKE KAYLA! ⬇️ JOIN THE MOVEMENT... ⬇️ 📚| STUDY 🧠| STRATEGIZE 👊🏽| EXECUTE 🤼‍♀️| WRESTLE ⬇️ #nerd-assassins #nerdassassins #jiujitsu #jiujitsulifestyle #jiujitsulife #jiujitsugirls #bjj #bjjlife #bjjathlete #bjj4life #mma# #wrestling #grappling #adcc #ibjjfpan2019
