My dream baby girl!! Our unicorn energy, always joy filled, smiling at everyone and everything ALL THE TIME! Your joy is what you’re known for. “Happiest baby” we hear all day long, and it’s the truth. You live your life for smiles and connection and laughter.

You love playing properly with your “babies” now, you’re in your “yelly era” when you want something 😂 and there’s nothing cuter than the “forward fold of feeling” when you fold yourself completely in half with emotion if you feel someone has wronged you! You love dogs, the beach, all big kids and climbing the stairs rapidly while giving us all a heart attack (with a cheeky smile planted firmly on your face).

You are all things magic in this world and we still pinch ourselves that you are ours. We are all utterly SMITTEN with you. You are the greatest joy in all of our lives and this family, these friends, this whole little village of yours loves you so, so much.

A whole year of bliss spent with you, our darling girl. Our Lotey Bloom. What a gift you are 🪷✨

P.s I STILL can’t believe you came out a girl!!!! So much for ‘motherly intuition’ 🤣🥹 best surprise of my entire life!!

Today I turn 40.

And I feel a profound, almost overwhelming gratitude to whatever divine orchestration decided I would get to live this life. With these people. In these dreams. On this earth.

Time is the most precious gift.

To all of you who have shared yours with me, who have loved me, taught me, challenged me, adventured beside me, expanded my world, thank you. Community is the real magic of this life.

My twenties cracked me open. They made me believe that dream work is real work. That what feels impossible can actually unfold.

My thirties were wildly expansive. The deepest joy. The biggest lessons. The arrival of so many of my babies 🥹 A decade that stretched me, softened me, humbled me, and filled me beyond measure.

And now my forties. I somehow know the best is still unfolding.

Forever grateful.

A síndrome de esquecimento do bebê pode acontecer com qualquer pessoa — pais, mães, cuidadores ou até mesmo profissionais experientes. Em dias de rotina agitada, o cérebro pode entrar no “modo automático”, e o resultado pode ser trágico.

❗ Por isso, uma dica simples pode salvar vidas:
Ao entrar no carro, deixe um objeto que você PRECISA ao sair (como carteira, celular ou até o sapato esquerdo!) no banco de trás, ao lado da cadeirinha. Isso vai forçar sua atenção ao sair do carro.

Segundo a Academia Americana de Pediatria, o superaquecimento em veículos é uma das principais causas de morte acidental entre crianças de até 4 anos. A temperatura dentro de um carro pode subir mais de 15°C em apenas 10 minutos, mesmo em dias amenos.
