I’m excited to announce that I’ll be performing SPANISH CHOCOLATE in the Safe Haven Ballet Nutcracker tour! In addition to that, I will also be a part of the Act I Party Scene. What is @safehavenballet? Safe Haven Ballet is a professional touring ballet company with a trauma informed approach. They combine professional ballet performances with a mission centered around healing, mental health, and creating a safe space for dancers. Am I part of the Safe Haven Ballet company? Nope! I’m a non professional dancer who was given the opportunity to perform in their Nutcracker production. Come see me dance my way through the holiday season! 💃🏻🩰🎄✨ The Tour: 📍 November 27 — Concord 📍 November 28 — Lowell 📍 November 29 — Laconia 📍 December 6 — Nashua 📍 December 12 — Durham 📍 December 13 — Derry 🎟️ Tickets available through the link in my bio! photo by @rebecca.irene.photo

Reminiscing from this Prescott Park photoshoot in 2016… Maybe it’s the start of the new season for Safe Haven Ballet but my love for ballet hasn’t wavered, if anything it’s grown. Now a decade later I get to welcome more artists to the state of NH to continue to develop and build their craft that they have worked so hard at and showcase themselves to my beloved state and beyond. Maybe it’s being able to train the next generation in a healthy, safe and body positive environment. A studio where you are seen, your name is known and we see your value and talent no matter your stature. Maybe it’s the feeling of dancing for the last decade through tumultuous pain, the highest of joys and everything in between. In every season I’m so grateful to move my body, coach the professional company (right here in Portsmouth , NH) dedicate hours to the students of all ages, and create uplifting performances for audiences across New England. I love these lyrics from “Dancing” by Elevation Worship If your hands are in mine, I won’t stop dancing Dancing on the mountain of a victory Dancing on the valley of a broken dream Dancing on the plains of the in between If it’s You and me I won’t stop dancing. Time for a new photoshoot 😎

As Safe Haven Ballet prepares to begin seventh season (five with having the professional company, school and Trauma Sensitive program) my heart is reminiscing of the beginning years before we formed the 501(c)(3). With the help of family, friend and community we organized the Be BRAVE Gala for three years raising $60,000 for three NH crisis centers…HAVEN, CCCNH and SHARP. The three centers who were helping me navigate my trauma and court proceedings. Every penny was given back. Artists from all over New England and beyond came to support. I was in the thick of my criminal case and civil case. The support was overwhelming. Be sure to follow all Safe Haven Ballet is doing! We are growing, we are serving and we are performing all over NH and New England this season. Thank you to every supporter, dancer, and volunteer that has brought us to this point ❤️

We are endlessly grateful to Lissa and everyone at @safehavenballet for helping us bring the magic of Cinderella to life all summer long with their Pumpkin Carriage 🪄🫶 Truly one of the most magical parts of the summer was seeing this beautiful carriage ride around the Park each night, and it wouldn’t have been possible without their generosity. Safe Haven Ballet is an amazing organization that gives so much to this community, and we are so proud to partner with them. Please go support them and check out all the amazing upcoming performances they have, as well as their classes and workshops offered. Thank you again to our friends at Safe Haven Ballet for making the magic come alive!
