We’re excited to share our eleventh release, ‘Oath (Soon The Storm Will Pass, And We Will Fly Again) by Hollowland.

"You will go at anytime, the night has come, your soul's on fire."

Hollowland is the collaborative project of Jonathan Engeldahl & Paavo Piekkari. Their music evokes the blaring drones of noise music and the desolate melodies of shoegaze to forge sonic sculptures of the mundanity of it all. 'Oath (Soon The Storm Will Pass, And We Will Fly Again)' is the duo's first release on Changeless.

The record sees Hollowland dive into uncannily bleak new territory, embedding guitars into their trademark electronics with vocals haunted by the remnants of what once was. Yet there is more hope than lack thereof; 'Oath (Soon The Storm Will Pass, And We Will Fly Again)' is a record veiled in an indescribable resilience.

'Oath (Soon The Storm Will Pass, And We Will Fly Again)' will be released August 18th via Changeless.

The first single 'Dust To Dreams (Arcadia)' is out now, link in bio.

The EP will be released alongsizd by a limited edition t-shirt.

New Polar Sound and Affine Dark Science reunite for another ambient event in Helsinki, bringing together local and international live acts. Expect drone, noise, experimental sounds, and more. The event offers space to wind down and dive deep into the listening experience.

Affine Dark Science [AFDS] is a platform curated by Laura MRLS, exploring the darker contours of sound through a monthly radio show, a record label, and an ambient event series. Rooted in melancholic atmospheres, cinematic tension, and industrial undertones, it focuses on listening experiences beyond the traditional club context.

New Polar Sound is an experimental avant-garde record label and movement based in Helsinki, Finland. It was founded in 2022 by Andrey Tischenko, Manuele Frau, and Abaris Moerae, devoted to dark ambient, drone, and post-industrial sound. Rooted in the far north, it channels a bleak, meditative sonic world into everything it puts out.

Tonight we celebrate 7 years of Changeless!

The first duo of the night is Sala and Kofu, opening pandora’s box to unveil the more unabashed and intense extremes of their respective takes on club music. Next up are APEAK and Safety Model, forging a hazy world of surgical minimalism and frenzied finesse. Following suit are the breakbeat baddie babybel and part-time rockstar Krash Bandicute going head to head for the first time for an unfettered, high-energy set. And closing up shop with Assyouti is fellow experimentalist and the Changeless mother Exploited Body, conjuring a fever dream of seismic club chaos.

Seven years of the label, four years of our residency with Post Bar — where else would we celebrate?

Tickets 5€ before 23 / 14€ after + sec. fee. Don't want to wait in line? Advance tickets (12€) available on RA until 22:00.

See you soon! ✨

Schedule:

Happy birthday Changeless, may you never change(less).

This Friday, we celebrate seven years of the label and four years of calling Post Bar home. Naturally, a few friends have been called in for the occasion.

Sala & Kofu open Pandora’s box and compare the contents of their respective musical universes. APEAK & Safety Model follow with hazy and frenzied finesse, before breakbeat baddie babybel meets part-time rockstar Krash Bandicute for their first joint time behind the decks. Finally, Exploited Body joins Assyouti for a closing fever dream of hypermodern bass mutations, warped percussion and seismic club chaos.

September is upon us and apparently it has plans.

Sansibar reopens the Sin Sistema department for another night of groove-related research, while Stockholm’s Anthony Linell heads down to the bar to take care of Post Bar Club Night. Later in the month, Changeless turns 7 years old, which in club years must be at least 46. Congratulations!

In between: local treats, familiar faces, live affairs, all night longs and other extracurricular activities best studied directly from the programme above.

See you at the Bar.

We’re back at Post Bar next month to celebrate the 7th anniversary of Changeless with a stacked lineup of b2b sets. For this special occasion, we’re joined by a special guest: the Cairo born and raised frenetic club music experimentalist Assyouti!

Assyouti is among his generation’s most distinct and unapologetic voices. Juggling hypermodern bass mutations, warped dancefloor snaps and percussive club experiments, he draws energy from the chaotic stimulus he grew up engulfed by.

The first duo of the night is Kofu and Sala, opening pandora’s box to unveil the more unabashed and intense extremes of their respective takes on club music.

Seven years of the label, four years of our residency with Post Bar — here’s to many more of both!

5€ before 23 / 14€ after + sec. fee.

See you there! ✨
