Sage and I have both come from very similar beginnings, and one thing we’ve both had throughout the journey is our partners, Naomi and Jen

I genuinely believe having the right person beside you is an absolute cheat code in life

Someone who believes in you, understands the long hours, understands the sacrifices and knows you’re building something bigger for your future together

Someone who pushes you forward rather than pulling you backwards

Too many people get caught up chasing distractions, looking for something they don’t need and losing sight of what they’re actually trying to achieve

If you genuinely want to win in life, get your priorities straight

Stop looking for the next best thing when you’ve already got something worth building with

We’re both extremely grateful to have women beside us who have helped us elevate in every aspect of life

The right partner won’t distract you from your goals, they’ll help you achieve things you never thought were possible

Choose wisely, build together and never forget who’s been there from the beginning

“Don’t judge a book by its cover”

We hear it all the time, but the reality is people do

Before you’ve even spoken, the way you present yourself has already made an impression

Whether it’s work, business or relationships, how you look after yourself can say a lot before you get the chance to

People don’t see your habits behind closed doors, but they do see what those habits build over time

Taking care of yourself changes how you carry yourself, your confidence and how you show up in those rooms you want to be in

Don’t keep putting your health last brother, people notice and so will you

How you walk into a room, how you speak to people, whether you actually back yourself when an opportunity comes up

For me, that starts with looking after yourself, getting yourself in shape and being proud of the bloke you see in the mirror

You can have all the money in the world but you still have to put the work in, you can’t buy that pride in yourself

Put your health first and give yourself a chance to see what you’re actually capable of

“I’m not scared of the mirror anymore.”
That line from Olivia says more than any number on the scales ever could.

10 weeks ago, she was watching other women’s transformations thinking, “that won’t be me.”

But She gave it a go anyway… And now she’s wearing clothes she never thought she’d feel confident in, actually enjoying the gym, feeling stronger, and finally loving the way she looks and feels.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t just what you see in the photos. It’s how you feel when you look in the mirror 🤌🏼

So proud of you, Olivia 🤍
DM “TONR” if you’re ready to feel like that too!!

One big thing we advocate at TONR is BALANCE

Our approach will never be all or nothing because that’s not realistic or sustainable. We want our girls to see incredible progress without putting their life on hold to do it.

Enjoy the meals you love, go out for dinner, have dessert, live your life while still working towards your goals.

The TONR way 🔥
