Lovely lookbook shots 📸 by @brownhellcat for the @austinccfashiondesign VITAE showcase with styling by @stylistmichellew + makeup by me! This took me all year to do and frankly I am so proud. Going through this program has been so meaningful to me and everybody in this department has challenged me to create things that have been sitting in the back of my mind for years.

Special thanks to @modelbymiciah @a.reallybigfish & @sagestar03 for being in my lookbook shoot. + VERY special thanks to @austincreativereuse & @austinccfashiondesign for being my main hub for sourcing fabric (everything besides my wave skirt was second hand 😛) I have more photos to post and more people to thank :} stay tuned!

🎊HEAR YE, HEAR YE !🎊

Upon our 51st birthday
The damnable wizard of time
Hath cursed us back to the Middle Ages

The evil wizard wishes a medieval mid life crisis

I must gather all the brave noble members of years past present and future to defeat this wizard and lift the curse

If thou not yet be a member present thy self as the pleb or jester you are

Only members of past and present may wear royal garb or ye be smited

“…but love don’t make things nice - it ruins everything. It breaks your heart. It makes things a mess. We aren’t here to make things perfect. The snowflakes are perfect. The stars are perfect. Not us. Not us! We are here to ruin ourselves and to break our hearts and love the wrong people and die. The storybooks are bullshit.”
