I’ve got some catching up to do...so I may be doing a few push ups today😳. Day 16 of 25

I appreciate Sabrina Elizabeth for inviting me Molly Elizabeth Obert 😉 to participate in this challenge of 25 push ups for 25 days to raise awareness and offer support to those suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and/or mental illness.

Today, I’m inviting my nephew Sage to join me for the 25 days because he’s a pretty awesome kid who can handle a challenge!

The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
*Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let's reach as many people as possible. Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone, and we are here for you!

***NAMI (Nat'l Alliance on Mental Illness) Helpline: 800-950-NAMI or in a crisis, text "NAMI" to 741741***
