This Sunday!

I’ll be vending at the Atlanta Quilt Festival with a curated small batch of my new Booski Bags and other handmade favorites.

I have a thing for zipper pouches, so I created my own, the Booski Bag. It’s my everyday grab-and-go. I toss it in my backpack, carry it on its own, or use it to keep my essentials together. Sleek, functional, and roomy enough for my phone, cards, cash, and keys, it keeps all my essentials on lock. I’m not a big purse girl, and the Booski Bag is exactly how I like to carry what I need.

Each Booski Bag is handcrafted in small batches from carefully selected textiles, making every piece one of a kind.

Stop by my booth at Southwest Arts Center and find your favorite while supplies last.

An incredible afternoon celebrating sculpture. Hopeton St. Clair Hibbert Jr.‘s The Weight and the Witness exhibition was artregeous and set the stage for today’s Conduit Conversations, framing a thoughtful discussion on material, process, and creative practice.

Etienne Jackson (@etiennejackson.sculptor) was in his element. Hearing him share the ideas, experiences, and philosophy behind his work was epic. He joined fellow sculptors Hopeton St. Clair Hibbert Jr. and Jason Sweet for a conversation that offered a rare glimpse into the minds and practices of three sculptors.

Thank you to Damon Mescudi for moderating and to the UpperCircle Collektive for presenting such an engaging discussion at Chastain Arts Center Gallery.

If you haven’t yet, go experience The Weight and the Witness. Hopeton’s exhibition is a must-see, and his upcoming artist talk is one you won’t want to miss.
