Episode 1: Basics in Badminton

Great badminton starts with strong basics. 🏸⚡

Before the powerful smashes and tricky shots, every athlete needs to master the fundamentals — grip, footwork, strokes and game awareness.

At FORGE Centre of Excellence, we focus on building the right foundation from the very beginning, with structured, progressive and athlete-focused training.

Whether your child is picking up a racket for the first time or you’re an intermediate player looking to improve — there’s always a stronger version of your game to build.
