Saturday night was a MOVIE.🎥
Great energy. Real conversations. Locked-in leaders.
This is what growth looks like when the room is full of people who want more.

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, leaned in, and brought the right vibes — this doesn’t happen without the people. Grateful for every single one of you 🤝

Momentum is building and we’re just getting started.
If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to grow with a real opportunity…

This meeting wasn’t just about updates. It was about alignment, leadership, and being around people who are serious about where they’re going.

When the CEO pulls up, it reminds the team that the mission is bigger than one meeting, one week, or one result. It’s about building the habits, the culture, and the mindset that create long-term success.

New faces, real conversations, and a room full of people choosing growth.

NSPYR is moving different. ⚡️

The leader you’re looking for isn’t somewhere out there.

It’s already in you.

At NSPYR, we don’t just talk business. We build confidence, sharpen communication, and help people step into the version of themselves they were meant to lead with.

Anyone can start.
Anyone can grow.
Anyone can become the leader inside them.

That’s the culture. That’s NSPYR. ⚡️

Did someone order a side of healthy masculinity with that?

Spent the last 72 hours working on becoming a better human with a group of amazing men. Thank you @wattmovement @mrjimmyrex @mobrossette for the incredible experience.

Grateful.

Had the pleasure to work with @drmanumental. Got through some break throughs and clarity for NSPYR. “The choice” to understand to change. Is a lesson we can take in all areas of our lives. What made it even more important was doing this with my brothers. Grateful for this journey forward as Leadership 🙌🏽

Last weekend reminded me that growth isn’t found in comfort. It’s found in being honest, being challenged, being vulnerable, and surrounding yourself with men who refuse to let you settle for less than who you’re capable of becoming.

Sometimes God changes your life through quiet moments, hard conversations, and the people he places beside you.

Grateful for every conversation, every lesson, and every brother who showed up for each other.

Lastly, extremely grateful for @mrjimmyrex & @wattmovement for putting such a powerful group of men together, and @mobrossette for leading us, coaching us, and making sure we come out of this 100x better men. This is just the beginning and I can’t wait for all that’s to come!

P.s. @ropeswingmoab is one of the craziest, and freeing things I’ve done!
