Losing Vanilla has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through. 🤍

She was a shelter dog, and watching her transform over the years, from learning to feel safe to becoming the happiest, most loved little soul was one of the most beautiful things I’ve experienced.

My mum said something to me that stayed with me:
“When you bring someone new into your life, you’re adding another page to the book of your life. You’re not tearing out the pages that came before.”

And that’s exactly how bringing Sachi home feels.

She could never replace Vanilla. She’s simply a new page. A chance to open our hearts and our home again, and give another little soul the safety and love she deserves.

Welcome home, Sachi. 💛🐾
Vanilla you are always going to be part of us🤍

A month of doing a lot of what I love 🙌🏽 moving, running, building PACE, bringing women together, trying new things, spending time with my favourite people and making space for the quieter moments too.

A lot happened. A lot to be grateful for.

Now, October… let’s see what you’ve got. 🤍
