Red is the new Med. Egypt is so much more than the Pyramids of Giza. For my 40th birthday, I chartered an all-inclusive private yacht on the pristine Red Sea for a fraction of the price of the Mediterranean. Seven days of incredible cuisine, isolated beaches and some of the most thriving reefs in the world. Adventure enthusiasts can scuba dive, kiteboard or snorkel, or just relax on board with a dedicated masseuse and yoga instructor. Life is short. Book the trip. 🛥️ DM me to plan your own Red Sea charter

🌟 **Embrace Your Journey: Men’s Mental Health Matters!** 🌟 This summer, we’re launching a groundbreaking show, **”Bad Company with Willy and GilBilly,”** diving deep into the heart of men’s mental health! 🔥 As men, we often prioritize everyone—the kids, the wives, the jobs—while forgetting to check in with ourselves. It’s time we put self-reflection and self-care at the forefront! 💪 I’ve walked through the fires of struggle, faced demons, and emerged stronger. In 2019, I found myself at rock bottom, using pills and alcohol to mask pain. But guess what? I’m still standing, still fighting, and still believing in myself, despite what the naysayers say! 🎤 They call me a “big dreamer” or “delusional.” I’m owning it! Remember these words when I rise as the greatest entertainer this universe has ever seen! ✨ Join us on this journey of healing and empowerment. Let’s break the stigma, have real conversations, and remind each other that it’s okay to not be okay. 💡 **Men, your mental health is just as important as your physical health.** It’s time to man up, speak out, and support one another! Tap in and let’s change the narrative together. Love y’all! ❤️ #BadCompany #MensMentalHealth #BelieveInYourself #EndTheStigma #HealingJourney @infused_wholesale @tryptamint @three6mafia

🔥 **Unlock Your Inner Warrior: A Call for Men’s Mental Health!** 🔥 This summer, join the Bad Company crew, alongside Willy and GilBilly, for a transformative journey into men’s mental health! 💪💙 As men, we often put our families first—wives, kids, and others—forgetting to nourish our own minds and spirits. It’s time to reclaim our warrior spirit! 🛡️✨ So many of us have become “keyboard warriors,” losing the ability to communicate and connect. I know this struggle deeply; I hit rock bottom after losing my relationship with my son. It crushed me. But then I chose to reflect and take FULL accountability for my actions. I broke free from painkillers, healed from my past, and forgave everyone who’d wronged me. Without that forgiveness, I couldn’t move forward. ✅ **Here’s the truth:** Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. **Live fully in the moment!** 💖 Let’s embrace honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to ask for help! Together, we can break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. **Join us in this journey!** Share your stories, support one another, and let’s build a community where EVERY man feels valued and respected. 🗣️💬 **Comment below** with your thoughts and let’s spark a powerful conversation! Love you all! 💚 #MentalHealthMatters #WarriorSpirit #MenSupportingMen #motivation #motivationalquotes #inspiration #lifestyle #fyp #foryou #instagram #instagood

Woke up at 1:30am to hike Mt. Sinai for sunrise and to pray. It was a great sunrise with intense prayer for friends and family and those throughout my life and even those who might not have been good for me, as we must love our enemies as well. I felt close up there, despite the tourism. It was a good morning of contemplation and thanks. I had a number of visitors in the form of stray mountain dogs, they seem to be attracted to me. One woke me up during a prayer trance at the edge of a cliff and made sure I was thinking of him too. This is where Moses spent 40 days and nights wandering and received the covenant from God. Where other prophets came and left their mark. It was a day. Time to almost go home. Thank you @egyptwithadelhamza for getting me here and @valkonsaina for guiding me up.
