How I prioritise wellness while leading a busy life ✨

Between juggling full time work, leading a wellness community, teaching Pilates, social life, family time and personal goals- it can get overwhelming at times. However making sure I prioritise these 5 things ensures I always keep myself in check.

Which one do you always make sure you include in your day?

Questionable weather but unbeatable vibes 🌧️🏃🏼‍♀️🥥

What an incredible morning with the crew at Well Thanks Run Club. Despite the rain clouds trying to scare us off, the team showed up in full force for another Sunday morning filled with movement, connection and community.

After our run/walk, we were treated to the most refreshing post-run drinks thanks to @cocohit_au 🥥 Their coconut water was the perfect recovery drink after getting those kilometres in - naturally hydrating, packed with electrolytes and honestly SO refreshing after a run. Safe to say the community absolutely loved them.

This is what it’s all about:

🩵Moving your body
🩵Meeting amazing people
🩵Starting your Sunday feeling good
🩵Coffee, chats and good energy afterwards

Rain, hail or shine… this community always shows up 🤍

Catch us next Sunday morning for another run club in Melbourne. New members are always welcome whether you run, jog or walk.

Who needs running motivation when you have this 🧡

Richard forgot his. We found it anyway.
This is what happens every Sunday at Well Thanks. You show up for a run and somehow leave feeling like you could take on the world.

No hype playlist needed. No perfectly curated training plan. Just a group of people who chose to show up for themselves and each other.
See you Sunday 🏃‍♀️

Imagine being nervous to join the Well Thanks Run Club but this is the community 🫶🏼

So much energy, so many smiles, and the best kind of community to move with. We were fuelled with STEM Drinks energy drinks packed with nootropics and adaptogens for energy, clarity, and focus but honestly, this crew energises itself. The people, the support, the good vibes… that’s the real magic.

So grateful for mornings like this and for a community that keeps showing up for movement, connection, and each other. See you next Sunday for our Christmas Party Run Club 🎄💛
