This month, we honor the hearts behind the calling. 🤍 To our pastors, thank you for your faithfulness, your sacrifices, your prayers, and the countless ways you pour into our church family. Your yes to God continues to make an impact far beyond what you may ever see. We are grateful for the way you lead, love, and faithfully point us back to Jesus. It is a gift to have you shepherding our campus. We see you, we honor you, and we thank God for you. 🙌🏼 This month, we honor the hearts behind the calling. 🤍 To our pastors, thank you for your faithfulness, your sacrifices, your prayers, and the countless ways you pour into our church family. 🙌🏼

Tactical creativity…. Sounds fancy but it simply means doing what you have to do. To that end the pictures highlight what happens when a good operator understands the assignment. Working with a reserve 75’ aerial instead of his normal 107’ and with 18-wheelers lining the street he had to get into the space between the trucks to make the roof. That meant backing into position (Photo 1). Simple enough. By doing so this then created another issue with trees over the rig. Still undeterred, he raised his aerial rotated to the clearest spot between trees and went vertical with the aerial (Photo 2) then rotated, lowered and made the roof. ⠀ The moral of the story here is while your initial positioning and trouble shooting may be spot on to get into position they can create other challenges to deal with. It’s our ability to deal with these cascading and multiplying challenges that require not only a mastery of the basics but also possessing the mindset and skill set to deal with the next one thrown your way. The way to become good at this is reps, reps and more reps with increasing challenges.
