Officially kicked off prep for @extinctgames.sg last night.

I'll still be hitting bodybuilding all week because it's just too high importance. But rather than doing ONLY bodybuilding, there will be deliberate prep work for the events I'll need to perform in Singapore at the end of November.

My @mbpowercenter log should be arriving in the not too distant future, so my press work will consist primarily on the axle and log medley. But strict press is a good way to ease back into strength pressing.

Last night was sets of 5 at
135
155
175
185
195
205
215

And then 2 attempts capping off at only 4 reps with 225

Yes, I watched KPop Demon Hunters.

Yes, I enjoyed the hell out of it.

Yes, I've listened to this song enough times to make your ears bleed since then.

No, I barely cried at the end of it.

Anyway. Here's back and lats.

Day something of trying to stay accountable. I have put the time or effort in that I'd like to, but it's much better. I'm also down a little weight and feeling a little stronger again

In Japanese, Seishi Ichinyo represents the concept of life and death being intertwined. This shirt serves as a reminder that death is not the end, as energy transcends beyond the physical realm. She is being taken and guided by a Super Saiyan into the next realm.

Wendy’s beautiful energy lives on within us and beyond the veil.

Her life quote is on the front in japanese and means ‘Life is Beautiful’ and she always wanted to teach us to be grateful here and always knew how to enjoy life and food and it’s people.

I hope that you feel her warm protective energy throughout life and you are guided by love and light.

I HOPE YOU’RE RESTING IN PEACE IN YOUR WORLD WENDY 🙏🏻🕊️🪽
