Sometimes the most powerful healing begins by simply slowing down. 🤍

A sound bath is a space to rest, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Save this post for your first sound bath, or share it with someone who needs a moment of peace. ✨🌊

Together, we’ll explore the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gentle mindfulness, and creative art activities in a warm and welcoming space where families can simply be present with one another.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful way to spend quality time with your child or introduce them to mindfulness through play and creativity, this experience is created with both of you in mind.

Sunday, June 28, 2026
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
📍 Gastown Art Corner, Vancouver, BC

✨ Each registration includes one child and one parent/caregiver.
🎨 All art materials are included.

Meet Saja ✨ @saja.raoof9

An Early Childhood Educator and Sound Practitioner @sajalightsound , Saja dedicates her work to supporting and nurturing young children during some of the most important years of their development. Alongside her work with children, she uses sound healing practices to create calming, restorative experiences that promote well-being and inner balance.

Her passion for helping others—both little ones and adults—reflects the kindness, patience, and positive energy she brings wherever she goes. We were delighted to have her as part of the WURUD Circle community. 🌸🤍

🤍 Meet the women of WURUD Circle.

Women who came as strangers, shared stories, created together, and left with new friendships, beautiful memories, and meaningful connections.

This is the community our founder, @munazidaan , envisioned a space where women can connect, grow, and belong.

And this is only the beginning. ✨🌸

One-on-one Light Sound Session

My private Light Sound Sessions are personalized to support nervous system regulation and emotional reset. Sessions range from 60 - 75 minutes in Vancouver and are fully customizable.

Each session is intuitive and responsive to you in the moment. This work honours both light and shadow: the integration of what feels heavy and what feels clear, gently alchemizing experience into insight, grounding, and inner stability.

Please contact for a quote. Travel within the Vancouver area is available.

The Full Moon is a mirror. 🌕

On May 1st, we gather in sound…
to release what’s been heavy,
to soften what’s been guarded,
and to return to the truth beneath the noise.

This isn’t just a sound bath.
It’s a recalibration.

Through crystal bowls, frequency, and intention,
your body remembers what it feels like to be clear…
regulated…
and deeply held.

Come as you are — tired, open, curious, or cracked wide open.
The sound will meet you there.

We use sound and frequency to work with the nervous system,

because when the body settles, it becomes possible to connect to something beyond it.

This is the foundation of our ethereal sound journeys.

Our goal is to create a space people can actually let go in.

leave everything at the door
phones away
energy cleared

outside of time, for a moment 🤍

Have you ever thought about becoming a practitioner yourself?

This is a clip from a recent Ethereal Sound Journey in Gastown.

These are some of the larger events we hold. I love collaborating with practitioners and former students on them.

Saja came to her first sound session with me a few years ago.

Now she’s a practitioner, building a thriving business, collaborating with me on events, and booking her own.

So grateful for this community 🤍
