LATE NIGHT RESCUE 🐈
We received this case through Sakshi Singh, who's a stray feeder in Indrapark, Janakpuri. She told us that one of her stray cats, who used to come by her house daily, had a deep maggot wound on her back and wasn't looking in a healthy condition.😷

Our team members Yash and Buggy immediately reported to the location, picked the cat, and took her to Sanjay Gandhi🏥. It was around 1 am, which shows how devoted our rescue team is.

After reaching the hospital and being observed, we got to know that the cat was pregnant too. She received the required treatment, medicine, and dressing for the wound and was safely brought back home. Her treatment will continue for 2-3 days more and will be under observation until she's fully recovered. 💊🙏🏻

Kudos to our dedicated team, Yash, Buggy, Ambica & Sakshu. PWF manages to save every life, any time of any day.🙌🏻
KEEP SUPPORTING AND DM US IN ANY CASE OF EMERGENCY.

Here's a story of the 5 homes I've had:

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Streets:
----------
I grew up in poverty. I spent most of my childhood in a one room dilapidated, leaky, crumbling flat. Actually, I didn't. I spent most of my childhood on the streets of Delhi, escaping from that flat. My home was not that flat - it was everything outside. It was the entire world. My first home taught me how to dream big.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Apartment:
------------------
We eventually crawled out of the filth thanks to my parents' relentless hard work. We got our own Apartment. Not enormous, but it was ours. This home was where I discovered my family in all their ugliness and beauty.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Hostels:
-------------
This was divided among two countries - India and the US. Different worlds, same problems, different expressions, same dreams. A bunch of half-fed, miserly, tenacious, and starry eyed youngsters coming together to fight and survive despite an unending onslaught of crises - those of identity and ideals. This home taught me how to fight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Condominium:
----------------------
I had won. I finally made it big. I had money. I moved into a swanky new apartment in Chicago, replete with designer furnishing and kitchen cabinets. It was also the coldest and emptiest home I've ever been in. During my stay here, my mind eventually caved in on itself. The rooms had plenty of sunlight and yet I couldn't see the Sun. This place taught me how to see in the dark.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Home:
------------
I came back to India and moved into a house near where I had grown up. I am close to my family, and I have found people who will attend both my wedding and my funeral - what more can a man ask for? This one is not just my home. It is theirs as well. They come over, stay over, we have tea in the mornings, and share stories late into the night.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can see the Sun again. There are plants thriving in the balcony. The curtains flutter slightly in the breeze when laughter emanates from within the house.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This home taught me what a Home is.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
