Welcome My Daughter’s First Bite Dog | (Link in Bio)
.
Brielle has been asking for a dog to participate in bite work with from as early as she could speak.
.
We wanted to make sure the time was right and that we found the right dog for her.
.
We always used to say Bam would’ve been a great dog for her, and it just so happens we got him back! Please show her some support in the comments below.

Finally back and so happy to getting back to training regularly and on a program next week. Coming up on almost a decade of consistent (KEY WORD RIGHT HERE‼️) training and lifting and it’ll my best one yet. That’s always been the goal, be better every year.
-
This was my strength was at before I left for my trip 10 weeks ago. The goal now is to simply top this. One more rep...5 more pounds. Do that for many, many years and you’ll succeed.
-
Yes there’s some momentum in the rows to get it going but I assure you there lats were being used and taken through their full range of motion. What do you expect when you’re 165 lbs and you got 300+ pounds in front of you?
-
Sometimes you just wanna mess around and do some ego lifting with your boys, what up @sal_malik. No I hardly ever train like this and neither should you. However, it was special circumstances before the trip where I knew I would be getting weaker so I wanted to establish a bar to meet upon my return. Also just wanted to see if I could even budge 3 plates on the barbell row. Most I ever had used for barbell rows before was 275 lbs.
-
Training MAX and base would be a good 30-40 pounds less and work sets would be even lower than that.
-
To the form police, yeah yeah...always dudes with 225 lbs max squat and 135 lbs strict rows talking the most about perfect form🥱 If I can move 315, you don’t think I can do 225 for reps strict? Lol

If you know me, that’s what I pride myself on being...being strong as hell and more importantly, being a great lifter at the same time. I hold my all clients to the same standards as well. Please don’t use this against your coach when you wanna go off the plan and spazz out. If you’re gonna go off the plan...please do me favour and don’t fail the rep 😂
