Day 5 of Gang 40k Garloid Arc

After exterminatus'ing the base Agriworld of the first Garloid farm, Anti-Garloid forces usually left the planet alone
But this wasn't the case for Pro-Garloid Freedom Fighters who sought to retake the abandoned world and re-establish another large Garloid farm as capable of producing milk as the first
The expeditionary fleet was comprised of Adeptus Sororitas and Night Lords who had recovered almost completely since their crushing defeat, Pro-Garloid Astra Millitarum and a company of Carcaradons weilding multiple packs of giant gene-augmented Borzoid dogs

Shortly before the expedition was launched, the Adeptus Sororitas order who haf almost completely become repentia launched a war against a Chaos Knight household without their power armour and bolters, only using chainswords to surprisingly great affect against the legs of most Chaos Knights
The sisters proved victorious over the household, only then forgiving themselves of their failure to protect the first farm and shelving their status as repentia

Meanwhile, a large force of Catachan Jungle fighters who were presumed to be at least 80% of the regiment had escaped from Trazyn the Infinite's museum and found themselves stranded without any food but Garloid Milk from a Dark Angels supply ship
Every single Catachan chugged multiple bottles of Garloid milk and suddenly showed signs of extreme loyalty to the Pro-Garloid cause unlike the minority of their regiment who had banded with the Grey Knights and Imperial Fists to whittle down protests supporting Garloids

After the exterminatus had taken place, the Grey Knights had themselves spread thinly across the nearby systems in multiple battle groups
One such battle group of two Grey Knight cruisers had traced the path of retreating Carcharadon ships and it had led them to the Salamanders home planet of Nocturne
After some careful investigation they found out that the Carcharadons were exchanging Garloids with the Salamanders to protect from the Inquisition
This instantly gave the go for a large scale invasion of nocturne, engaging in planetary bombardments and ground assaults on Salamander strongholds
