🎂IT’S MY BIRTHDAY, praise me! (no…but really)👇🏼

In substitution of a birthday wish, I would love for you to share a testimonial if you have worked with me. Maybe you took group classes with me, private sessions, maybe I have given you a teacher training or some mentorship.

In this next year I’m going to devote more time into solidifying myself as a global movement leader. At age 33 I’m finally not shy to say that I am offering an extremely unique and impactful approach to movement, and want to start sharing it on a bigger scale. There is a way to balance the Athlete and the Flowy Goddess and I have cracked the code.

I would like to share these on social media and my new website; make it as long or as short as you would like, but think about writing it for potential clients or teacher trainees to read. In English or your mother tongue…in comments or DMs 🙏🏼🎉

I love this picture because it captures a softness that I usually don’t see in myself. I think a lot of people (myself included) are sold into believing this Anthony Alter-Ego that is sharp, sassy, and strict is the truest “Anthony.”

It’s all a facade. My trauma response tends to fly under the radar for a few reasons: I am “above average” in looks (I hate to say that, but from a society-normative standpoint, I think it’s true), and also because I am talented and use my talents for the good of many people (movement/fitness whatever).

What happens when your trauma actually makes you profitable? What happens when this “Alter-Ego” has better market value than your truest self? The moments when I am soft, quiet, alone, this is what I think about.

I think when I struggle with anxiety and don’t know where it stems from, it is because often times I believe the acts that get us further up this “systemic ladder” actually get us further away from SELF.

Does anyone think they’ve nailed the progressive path of finding SELF + progressing in the SYSTEM collectively?
