POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This was Chloe's first time having acupuncture, and she was a little bit unsure about what to expect. She requested a nervous system reset, so that is exactly what she got! I think you can see by her face how calm and relaxed she feels 😌

I am receiving more and more requests for acupuncture treatments purely to quiet the mind, relax the body and allow that rare sense of stillness and calm to just let go and think of nothing at all. I absolutely love providing this treatment and seeing the huge, instant difference this placement of needles can provide.

Send me a message if you are curious about trying acupuncture to calm down your nervous system and have any questions.

Can we just appreciate the hairdressers on Instagram who support other hairdressers they’ve never even met?

The ones who comment on your work, share your reels, celebrate your little wins and remind you why you started when you’re having a wobble.

No competition and no weirdness. Just women genuinely wanting to see other women doing well.

Some of the loveliest people I’ve met in this industry are people I’ve never actually met in person.

And I think that’s pretty special.

Send this to your Instagram hairdresser bestie. She deserves to know. x

The training and knowledge we have to learn and retain as a hairdresser is NOT easy despite what some people may think!

But what happens if you also have a learning disability?

Head over to @theovershairclub Podcast to find out how Chloe from @salon77__ struggled with dyslexia in school but found her own way to train as a hairdresser and become an educator herself.
