400m of grind. Tough obstacles, tougher moments. Still standing, still learning, still hungry for more. Thank you @schjott_ocr for the hardest 400m 🤩💪

🌍🚗 From Denmark to the Netherlands: After a 7-hour drive south, we were ready to run one of my favorite races @hang_on_run ! 🚀

🏃‍♂️💨 Day 1: 8 km survival koppel run with Sandra Van Dijk. We nailed it and took home the first place! 🥇 It's amazing to complete such a tough and technically demanding race with real survival runners.

💪 Day 2: 12 km international hang on run with over 80 obstacles. I think you'll have to search far and wide to find a race of this difficulty where your grip gets truly maxed out. The coolest thing about OCR is when everything gets pushed to the limit.

Danish Championship in OCR!

What an incredible experience at the harbour in Randers @harbourchallengeranders ! 🌊 The @toroz.gear Rig (low to high to low) was a thrilling challenge again, and the support from everyone along the route was amazing. 🙌

From cool and fun obstacles to the fantastic OCR people, this race had it all. 🏃‍♀️💪

Thank you to everyone who cheered me on and made this journey unforgettable. Let's keep pushing our limits and supporting each other! 💖

Today something great happent for me. I took home gold in my ag at @worldocr_official first world cup in Austria 🥳🥳🥳✨️💪

I am soaking up the stunning Austrian scenery while competing along side my good friend 🥳🥳💪 And guess what, this is a only girls tour, my husband is back home in Denmark tackling another great OCR race @ocr_viborg ✨️💪💪

I am embracing life, adventure and friendship. Let's keep pushing boundaries and celebrating every stride. 🤩

Note: this video is not from the race it is from a ninja warrior trainingcenter near raceplace.

✨️ Weaving through life's obstacles and finding joy✨️

I try to navigat through the obstacles like a dance; gracefuk, strong and full of determination.

As I weave through thoose challenges, I remember myself that life's obstacles are just stepping Stones to grateness🤩❤️

I Will keep on Weaving through life, embracing each twist and turn. And when I feel tired, I Will remember: I am not just racing, I am dancing with my destiny. ✨️❤️

Life is an obstacle course and we choose how we navigate. Let's keep pushing forward, smiling all the way ❤️✨️🙏
