Hey there, dance enthusiasts! Every Thursday we dive into the world of Bachata, a vibrant and fun dance style that’s perfect for learning new moves and having a blast.

Bachata is a dance that originated in the Dominican Republic and has since spread around the globe. It’s known for its sensual, fluid movements and infectious Latin rhythm. So, let’s get started on this exciting journey!

In our dance class, we’ll be breaking down the basics and teaching you some new moves to add to your repertoire. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, you’ll find something to enjoy and learn in our class.
Our goal is to make sure you have a fantastic time while learning these new moves. We’ll be breaking down the steps, providing tips, and offering a supportive environment for you to practice and improve.

So, what are you waiting for? Join us for our Bachata dance class and let’s have a blast learning new moves together!

A huge heart-felt thank you to the ones who joined Saturday's Somatic Movement workshop; Ground & Bones 🙏🏼 Your attention and energy really made this time very special indeed.

Here's a collection of images from the creative expression part of the workshop. Participants were invited to draw, write & mark make (on a giant roll of paper) anything that was resonating through the body after our moving time together 🌿

Some of the words and thoughts are listed below, and as you might have noticed, Tina the cat really enjoyed taking a look too, when we got home!

We'll be meeting again in the Spring for the next movement workshop at @oneleaf.incub on Saturday 26th April - with a new theme to explore - link to book in bio 🤍

Last Thursday in our intermediate class we have been playing with some sensual bachata moves and as always working on musicality by trying to catch and style the all important break in music! It’s always so fun and rewarding when it happens🤩
Sample of the routine lead by Katie with our lovely students (all smashing it 🔥🔥)
Next class again on Thursday at Kona with a new start time of 7pm from February! If you are wondering about the classes come and give them a try! It’s only £5 entry for the evening and you don’t need a partner to join plus friendly atmosphere is guaranteed 😉😁
