Last night, my Capstone film “Gus Goodman & The Knights of Darconia” premiered at the Marymount Manhattan College 5th Floor Film Festival.

After the screening, it went on to win the Grand Jury Award and tied for Best Comedy and Best Wardrobe in the audience awards.

This film is the culmination of two years of research and seven months of work and has been one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever created. Its paid off in a lot of ways already, but the opportunity to see it on the big screen last night in front of an audience was a truly unforgettable experience I’m so grateful to have shared alongside my cast and crew.

To everyone who donated, shared, and waited anxiously for this film, I can’t thank you enough for your support. To my cast and crew, who I made wake up way too early and LARP in the cold; thank you for committing to the bit every time.

To @zachbiron, for supporting me throughout this entire process and making the world of Darconia feel real 🐓🎬✨

And to everyone involved in the film festival last night, thank you for such a magical night of SPECTACULAR films!!!
