We’re back with another episode of Art of Kota Kinabalu, a series where we explore the people, places, and stories that make Sabah special.

This time, we found ourselves at Salt x Paper.

Surrounded by thoughtfully designed stationery, postcards, and keepsakes, what stood out most wasn’t just the products, but the intention behind them. Inspired by the stories, culture, and everyday beauty of Borneo, each piece feels like a small celebration of connection, memory, and home.

The kind of place that makes you slow down for a moment and appreciate the little things we often overlook.

🤎 A gentle reminder that some memories are worth keeping. #lemeridienkotakinabalu #kotakinabalu #UnlockArt

Inktober Day 1: Maker's Hands

There are truly no boundaries where our imaginations can lead us. With skillful and artistic hands, we bring our imaginations to life in the forms of drawings, paintings, sculptures and art forms waiting to be explored/discovered! In the maker's hands, the sky is the limit!

"If you can imagine it, you can achieve it." - William Arthur Ward

I went in telling myself, "Just one postcard." @the_artattic and @saltxpaper heard, "Please introduce me to every cute thing you have." For anyone whose personality is 30% snail mails, 30% notebooks and journals, and 40% cute things that spark joy consider yourselves (and your wallets) warned 🤎✉️
