🤍 Cosy Yoga is fully booked! 🤍

I'm so pleased to share that all the spaces for my first Cosy Yoga session on Sunday 1st November have now been booked. Thank you so much to everyone who's booked a place — I'm really looking forward to sharing this special morning with you.

If you missed out this time, don't worry! I'm planning the next Cosy Yoga session for Sunday 6th December, 9–10.30am.

These cosy mornings of restorative yoga, Reiki and guided meditation are a chance to slow down, switch off and give yourself some much-needed time to rest and recharge.

✨ Would you like to hear about the December session first?

Send me a message or email yogawithemilie@hotmail.com with December Cosy Yoga and I'll make sure you're among the first to hear when bookings open.

I'd love to welcome you along. 🤍

34 editions. More than three decades of South West dining. And another chapter begins. 🥂

On Monday, we gathered at @acleafrestaurant at @boringdonhall to celebrate the launch of Edition 34 of the Trencherman’s Guide.

Chefs, restaurateurs, producers and friends of the guide came together for an afternoon that reminded us why this region’s food scene is worth celebrating.

A huge thank you to our hosts, the brilliant chefs and teams who created our launch lunch, our generous partners and everyone who joined us.

And to the restaurants featured in Edition 34: this one’s for you.

📖 The new guide is available now. Explore the launch gallery and order your copy via the link in our bio.

When did you last give yourself 90 minutes to do absolutely nothing? 🤍

Not to be productive.
Not to tick something off your list.
Just to pause, breathe and rest.

Cosy Yoga is a monthly restorative workshop created for exactly that.

Settle into a beautifully supported practice with blankets, bolsters and props, allowing your body to soften and your mind to slow down. Along the way, you'll receive gentle 1-to-1 Reiki and a soothing guided meditation to help you truly switch off.

No experience needed. No pressure to do anything perfectly. Just come as you are.
