POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you have 47 ideas in your notes app, three half-started offers, and a notebook for every new business you’ve dreamed up at 11pm... hi, you’re my people!

You’re not unfocused. You’re a Visionary. Your brain is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do… which is see what’s possible.

What’s been missing is a place to put it all so the best ideas actually get built.

That’s what the Goal Getters Collab is. A plan for your year, 90 days at a time, and a group of women who will ask you how it’s going. We don’t expand alone.

If this sounds like you, come see what it feels like to finally have a home for your ideas. Link in bio to sign up or schedule a chat with me to learn more!

Every November, I set aside two full days to plan the year ahead, and I never do it alone.

Our annual Flow Forward planning retreat is where that happens. I sit at the table with women who are building too. We walk into January already knowing our first move, with our goals on paper and a room that holds us to them.

I don’t follow my mood. I follow my plan, and this is where I build it.

If you’ve been telling yourself “maybe next year,” this is your sign to say yes to yourself instead. ✨

Flow Forward is open to Goal Getters Collab members and guests. Link in bio to save your seat.

I’m all about the gathering.

Don’t get me wrong absolutely love the time I get to spend with our community virtually. But there’s something about being in person and giving hugs that just makes you feel so seen.

Thanks to everyone, who joined us for our end of quarter celebration on Saturday to “sip and savor” the wins from this last season in business!

Wanna join us next time? Our next one’s happening in December!

Sometimes the best way to beat burn out is to be in the energy of someone who isn’t burnt out. Trust me, you should try it.

My fun tip for improving accountability:
✍🏼 Each person write down your top 3 priorities to finish in your dedicated work time together and give it to the other person so they can keep you accountable and congratulate you when you accomplish them all!

@ravenokamura sent me this edit style for a client and so I showed @tessotis who gave the idea of a cowork sesh edit and sooooo I executed on it. Ever need someone to help you get from 0-100, I’m your girl🫶🏼

As creators, and business owners, our work flows with our own personal seasons.

Some seasons feel energizing, where all we want to do is pour ourselves into our work. And other seasons, feel more restful or withdrawn, where we take time to pause from creating and sit with what’s there.

What I want you to know is that flowing through all types of seasons is completely normal and necessary for growth.

If we were constantly building and growing and creating, we burn out much faster. And if we are constantly at rest and OK with status quo, we might not get to that vision that we ultimately dream of having.

It’s truly a mix of both that helps us to find the sweet spot and how we operate.

I just got back from a four day break where I completely unplugged. I didn’t open my computer, or check my email, or make any decisions about what’s to come. This rest was such a necessary reset for me to not get so caught up and constantly pushing for more.

And even though I maybe didn’t get as much done as I wanted to this last month, I’m still celebrating my commitment and drive to build a business that interacts with and support the life I want to live.

And celebration is such a big part of what we do inside the Goal Getters Collab. Each quarter we get together to reflect on our wins. Yes, we celebrate how many new clients we brought on, or the new offer we launched, or the new product we created. But we also celebrate the time we took to rest, or the family vacation, or that we were able to adjust our schedules so that we could spend time with our loved ones.

We celebrate the moments where we honored the effort or sometimes lack of that we put in so that we can grow sustainably.

📆 This Saturday, 9/26 I’m hosting our end of quarter celebration - Sip + Savor. It’s open to members and guest. And it’s a great way to meet our community.
