It’s official! After 367 days and a dream I’ve had since I was 5, I can finally say I’m a licensed hairstylist!

I can’t explain how grateful I am for this experience. Even after a detour to play college softball I still knew this was what my heart desired and nothing would make me change a thing.

Thank you to everyone I went to school with for making me laugh. To every instructor that pushed me even when I was unsure. And ultimately thank you God for every blessing you brought my way.

I’m so excited to start my career and hope to see you in my chair! 💕

I love all colors from platinum blondes to cowboy coppers to rich brunettes and talking is my specialty! I graduate on October 2nd and am excited to continue my career at the 1905 Parlor!”

Thank you Concordia Softball! 🥎 It’s been real! We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve won, we’ve lost, we’ve braided, we’ve yelled at cars in stop traffic, and most importantly we’ve kept the faith. I will miss all of the faces I got to see at practice every day! I love each and every one of you old or new teammates, you have a special place in my heart!

There’s no words words to describe all the feelings I have right now. In honor of finishing up my softball career this past weekend, I want to say thank you. Thank you to all my teammates who have became my best friends over the last many years. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this journey. Thank you to the coaches who never stopped believing in me. Thank you to softball for giving me a second family. An extra special thank you to my parents, without you your love and support I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Also, to everyone who didn’t believe in me, I hope you see how wrong you were. It was an amazing ride and I wouldn’t change the memories or the life lessons gained for the world ❤️
