🛡️🔥 ACL prevention isn’t luck — it’s mechanics done right.

At Stadium Performance, our young female athletes dominate national ACL-injury outcomes because we train the exact angles where injuries actually occur.

⚙️💥 Our system focuses on three essentials:
1️⃣ Toe-load isometrics
2️⃣ Overspeed deceleration
3️⃣ Deficit step-ups
These three attack the weakest knee positions and the most vulnerable bone-tendon junctions before those positions cause injury.

🦵🔥 Toe-Load Split Squat Holds
Staying on the balls of the feet loads the VMO, calf, Achilles, and foot intrinsics.
This strengthens the deep-flexion angles where young female athletes are most at risk.

⚡🛑 Overspeed Deceleration
ACL tears don’t happen because athletes are fast…
They happen because they can’t stop fast enough.
We train braking at speeds the nervous system must learn to handle.

📉🏋️ Deficit Step-Ups
Elevating the working leg forces the athlete to control deeper, more compromised positions — the exact joint angles where non-contact ACL injuries occur.

🏆💙 Why it works:
Girls tear ACLs 4–8x more often not due to weakness, but due to untrained angles.
We train those angles relentlessly.
The result? Stronger knees, safer movement, and athletes who stay on the field when it matters most.
