My first book signing didn’t go exactly as planned, but it was exactly what I needed…

The flowers that life gives me are the people in it.

Still riding the high from my first National Speed Puzzle Competition 🧩✨ Met incredible people, had the best cheer squad, and fell head‑first into a puzzle world I didn’t even know I needed. Placed 62nd in the solo round (top 50 moved on), and while it wasn’t exactly the result I dreamed of, I couldn’t be prouder of myself for showing up and trying something new. Growth > placements. Already counting down to next year! As @chaz.broderick would say… 6+2 = I ATE! 🔥

In Q1 a door closed on me unexpectedly, but like they say, when one door closes a few more open up!

Proud:
1. To have been selected for the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership ‘25

2. To be voted on as a Board of Director to @kidsgymusa

3. To hire on a top producing agent in my real estate brokerage

4. To finalize a two year lawsuit against a negligent real estate surveyor

5. To be approved for additional funding from the Mayor’s office to lead the acquisition & preservation of 39 affordable housing units through my 9-5

6. To be a part of a beautiful engagement in Mykonos, Greece

Our last days in Mykonos were nothing short of incredible. A diverse group from around the world came together to celebrate life and love, and we all left as family. When you visit Mykonos, make sure to explore the rich culture through local tours. I can’t wait to return!

@sashha2.0 thank you for bringing your closest and dearest halfway across the world to celebrate such a special moment with you. It means the world to have made new friends and be surrounded by the most incredible people. We’ve come a long way since we grew up together, and I’m so grateful that, no matter where life takes us, we’ve stayed connected all these years. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, and to many more unforgettable ones ahead. Forever in your corner. 💫

Until next time, Mykonos — you’ve been unforgettable. 🌅

@Sashha2.0 said to meet her in Mykonos 🇬🇷 for her Big Fat Greek 30th Birthday 🎈and we all said YES! Going at the end of September means you’ll miss the peak season but still have access to everything before the season officially closes.

We had a 90s-themed party and an orange yacht party 🧡🛥️

Also, I crashed my @djiglobal drone for the first time, but I’ve already ordered new propellers 😂
