team dinner // it’s not mandatory to attend this conference and some years it’s inconvenient, but it’s always worth it. I know I’m standing beside the next generation of leaders in this industry, some who traveled across the country to sit in the room where it happens. I can’t wait to see everyone else today! 🖤 #monations2026

So many people are unhappy and won’t do anything about it. ⁣
⁣
Or won’t bother to do it long enough to see results… I’m so proud of me for having the courage to try to change my situation and the discipline to be consistent this many years. ⁣
⁣
It truly takes a tremendous amount of discipline to keep a schedule and show up for your business when no one is making you, when you’re your own boss. ⁣
⁣
I so often see people who don’t live up to the potential they have within this company because they let life win. The thing about that though is letting life win will never change our situations. ⁣
⁣
If you want change you have to make change ⁣
No one is coming to save you. or me. ⁣
We have to hold the vision ⁣
Believe in the company ⁣
Believe in our potenial ⁣
And keep showing up no matter what ⁣
⁣
If you’re in the trenches right now, or considering going after something that could change your life- it’s so worth it. It will always be worth it. Do it. And don’t stop until you’re where you want to be.

Girlhood and entrepreneurship go hand in hand in the most magical way. 💫 It’s about stepping into something bigger than yourself, with courage, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.

With Monat, I’ve found a community of women who truly get it—the hustle, the dreams, and the desire to create something meaningful for ourselves and our families. These are the women who cheer for your wins, hold space for your struggles, and remind you that your potential is limitless.

We’re not just building businesses here; we’re building each other up. 🌱 And there’s something so powerful about knowing you’re never doing this alone.

To the girls who dream big, work hard, and love harder—this is for you. 💖 Let’s keep rewriting the rules together.

This mentality helps us pay our bills 🫶🏼
Lately one job just isn’t enough, sharing our favorite products online has changed the game for our families

We have fun, we figure it out, we work as a team of friends who love what we do!

Can’t believe this was 2 weeks ago already 🥹 Going thru pictures while I nurse bestiegrl Dallas and I realize why I started my business is not the only reason why I keep going anymore…

My gallery is full (30k..😆📸) of faces from around the world, friends I’ve made and get to keep forever because of @monatofficial

Day 2 at our annual conference in particular solidified why I’m still here: P E O P L E will change your life

The people you work with
The people who buy from you
The people you get to meet
The people you inspire
The people you look up to
The people who need you

I never meant to create a community here but that’s actually exactly what I need especially in this season

It’s hard to make friends as an adult (whyyyy 😩..) and topping it off with babies and kids makes it even more challenging

But, I found MY people in this business ❤️‍🩹 they live everywhere but locally which s u c k s but they’re in my corner and I’m forever grateful for them all

You know who you are 🫶🏼 ILY

“If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you always got.” Henry Ford.

Imagine how different your life could be next year if you did something different? How different would you be if you invested belief into yourself like you do those around you! One conversation with me to see if we’re a good fit and if you’re ready to improve yourself and your life is all I’m hoping for. Let’s just talk. Give yourself a chance to grow and do something you love all from home.
