This was a dream for a long time. Last night, it was realised. 🤘

Hosting Chennai’s first Gospel Metal Fest wasn’t something we thought we’d actually get to do but God opened the door, and through @cityrockchurch & @onesound_onespirit , we brought together 4 bands who are as passionate about their music as they are about preaching the Gospel. And about 200 of ya’ll showed up to be part of it!

The room was loud, the message was clear, and for one night Chennai had a gospel metal scene it had been missing for a while.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it. To the bands @thelevites_ @exodusmusic__ @redemptiontheband_ @7th.and.final.round who poured everything into their sets, to @onesound_onespirit for partnering with us to host it, and to everyone who showed up and made noise with us, Thank you!

This isn’t the last one🔥

So much I could say about South India but I’d easily break the caption limit. Thank you SO much to everyone who welcomed us with open arms, fed us so much amazing food, and opened my eyes to more of God and church family from far away. I miss you all and we’re already looking forward to the next trip ✈️
